 There are several benefits to taking a shower before going to bed.  Bathing at night in winter is a bit of a hassle, but taking a bath with plain water before going to bed in hot weather is beneficial for sleep.  Bathing makes the body feel refreshed.  If bathing is not possible, wash your hands and feet and go to bed.

 Turn off mobile or TV 1 hour before bed.  Indeed, watching the phone or TV before going to sleep makes the brain more active and sleep comes late.  Often the video or program you are watching also affects the brain and makes it difficult to fall asleep.
